In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, we must be notified within 2 days of your parcel being delivered otherwise we will be unable to process your claim. You have 15 days to return your item (from the date the receipt was issued). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, with original tags attached. You must have the receipt or proof of purchase and please note we do not process refunds based on incorrect choice or change of mind.
Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your item is approved , we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive your payment according to your card issuers policies, regarding the length of time for payment to clear.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs and possible taxes for returning your item, these are non refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Any refunds and cancellation will require a 10% restocking/admin fee at our discretion.
